Album Name: 2010 Manna Packs Return to Albums

Description: Rotary Volunteers and friends help at Manna Food Bank preparing "Manna Packs" for the children of western North Carolina.

Rotarians all listen attentively while a Manna staffer explains how Manna helps in Western NC and why our volunteer efforts help make a difference. Michael Trayford had his wife and both daughters join him helping. Ruth Summers, Larry Thompson, and Randy Boone look on as Deb Francis gets us logged in at the Manna office prior to starting our shift. Manna staffer, Willie, guides Rotarians and friends through the Manna Pack process. Bill Miles is keeping a sharp eye on his crew of Rotarians, making sure we spend our time productively. Cindy Causby and Paula Webb pose nicely for the camera (but Larry Thompson keeps on working, knowing that Bill Miles may be lurking around somewhere).
David Mitchell and his daughter, Raleigh, look like they are enjoying themselves as they fill the Manna Pack bags, knowing that their work is making a difference for folks that need a hand. Joyce Miles makes sure each bag has a can of Beans 'n Franks in them. Quite an assembly line going - filling Manna Packs on both sides of the table and sending them down to the end. Larry, Paula and Cindy are all working hard. Manna Packs are distributed through all 16 counties of western NC. Greg Brown just keeps on packing while it looks like Carmen Cabrera is challenging David Mitchell to a Manna Pack bagging showdown! Who will win? The kids of western NC.
