Rotary Dictionary Project
A Community Service project of
The Rotary Club of Asheville
The ability to read is fundamental to enabling persons to raise themselves up from poverty and allow them to blosson to their full potential in their community and in the world. Literacy, therefore, is one of Rotary International's primary areas of focus.

Providing dictionaries to local school children is a vital ongoing project for the Rotary Club of Asheville. Every year in February our club picks up boxes of dictionaries and personally delivers them to the children in Asheville city schools.
