Do you have friends, aquaintances, colleagues, businesses with whom you work, businesses that you frequent as a customer, etc.? We cannot raise all we need on our own, but with others we can multiply our efforts. Click on Solicitation Letter to download a letter requesting support from others within our community.

when you get a positive response from your solicitation letter (or a direct conversation) use the Sponsorship Agreement Form to record the details and submit the information to our Makin' Waves auction committee members.

The easiest and most fun way to help is to show up. Have a great dinner, have some drinks, socialize with friends, then open up your wallet and bid on some of the fabulous auction items. Volunteer

We need Rotarians the night of the event to make this successfull. Ticket takers, Auction table monitors, cashiers, etc.
